Make Your Blog Standout, Just Another Way

Grabbing visitors is hard, especially with all the cool blogs being published. All very much a high-class problem.
I only build my sites now with two publishing systems. My primary focus is on using Wordpress as my publishing platform and installing my niche blogs in the root directory. I use another cool system called Viral Mini Sites, but this post is about how to get your blog noticed. If you want to hear about Mini Sites then read this post.
With so many competing blogs, the main question many of my blogging friends ask me is “How Do You Get People to Visit Your Blog?”
Ok first off this is a questioned that cannot be answered in under a 10 page post. There are many truisms that need to be followed, that would include outstanding content, Constant and consistent posting.
This post is about one method that will help. In the relative scheme of things it is small but once it’s set-up you won’t have to worry about it. It will however, have a positive effective on overall “Look At Me!” exposure and blog traffic.
… so let’s get to it
Does your blog have a favicon? Some of you may be asking… “What the heck is a favicon and what does it do?’
Simply put, “Favicons are an excellent free branding tool for webmasters and blog owners! They help you create brand awareness by displaying a little favorite icon (favicon) in the title of our blog next to the URL.” Source – www.maxblogpress.com
In the past you had to jack with code to add one to your blog or website but now there is a Wordpress plugin by MaxBlogPress that does all the work for ya!
