Internet and Affiliate Marketing: The Secret To Success!

Ok, Time Out!

Let me ask you an honest question…

Are you overwhelmed with all the internet business opportunity noise?

Are you getting hit with:

  • new opportunities;
  • new software to automate and make your life easier and;
  • new techniques that are going to help you achieve your goal?

I can only assume that you are, because it is honestly getting out of hand for me.

…and that brings me to my number one challenge to being successful,

FOCUS

With so much information coming at us and so many pie in the sky offers, it's no wonder that it has become so hard to stay the course.

Jerry's last post on Patience is appropriate and timely. We lose patience and head off to try a new idea or concept before we even fully implement or test the current approach we have at our disposal.

I'm guilty of this so I'm not judging.

This is my achilles heal. Fortunately for me, I noticed this about a year ago and have been working to reduce the number of projects that I'm working on.

This is hard to do because there are so many that I'm working on and they all have potential.

The key for me is to maintain focus to see a project through and be patient for the results.

You may think this is crazy, but here's a couple of pathetic examples (I actually have many) of my lack of follow-through even though I've experienced success with these tools.

Have you heard of Affiliate Project X?

I bought it and tested it to do a review. Honestly, I haven't tested all of the techniques that are illustrated, but I did test two of them and they worked.

I tried them on a couple of niche sites I have up and they were making me money on a consistent basis. In fact, they still are. But my lack of focus moved onto the next big thing.

This same internet marketer came out with another tool called Day Job Killer. I also purchased this ebook to test and review.

Again, the same thing happened. I tested it out on several techniques and I was making money. But, you guessed it, I lost focus and moved on to the next big release.

I know, you don't have to say it.

However, in fairness to me, I write reviews and post information about making money online for BlueSkyBrothers.com, so I try to keep up with the trends.

What I've found is that it's impossible to do so effectively. Again, to make these programs and tools successful require focus and patience.

Two characteristics that are not easy to swallow when you want to create a successful business online.

Take my advice on this….

Focus and patience are the key to your online success. Yes, there are a lot of bad products being sold online but on that same note there are a lot that can provide you with the information to make money, giving focus and patience.
