The problem is that many of these tools are way too expensive.  But I found a really cool solutions that saves you money while giving you all of the quality of the higher priced products.

Here is more detail about what this cool software does.  Oh yeah, if you want to see how easy it is to use then you can just go to the page and about 1/2 way down there is a video.

Run a special time-limited sale to encourage your customers to rush in and buy up your stock like they do in the real brick and mortar world?

You’ve probably seen people lining up in front of stores before to buy something of value… Just consider the impact the latest sale of the last Harry Potter book caused worldwide.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could create that same kind of excitement online?

Now there’s a very easy way to achieve the same results using the same powerful marketing methods.

Take a look here:  Learn More

There’s special software that you can utilize to increase your sales substantially, by attracting customers in droves with their credit card out, ready to buy.

You can use it to:

  • Set the maximum number of items to be sold at a discount price, with the number of items left displayed in real-time on your web page.
  • Build confidence and credibility by using ’social proof’ of real-time sales being made.
  • Automatically end the special offer when all units have been sold.
  • Set an end date for your offer and run it in conjunction with your limited stock offer or run it separately as you choose.
  • Display the “time left” and “copies left” counters anywhere and as many times as you like on your web page.
  • Dislay the counters in a ‘motivator bar’ that sticks to the top (or bottom) of the page, no matter where the prospect scrolls to on your web page.
  • Create a special one-time-offer where your customer sees the special offer page once only. You can even set how long they can view the page for, so they know if they purchase within the set time, they’ll save — or pay more!
  • Create a firesale where the price increases automatically by a pre-set amount on the dates you set.

There’s absolutely no manual adjustments required with this unique solution. It literally saves you time and effort while generating more prospects, sales and profits.

The process is as easy as filling out a simple form. Just click the link below to see how easy it is to setup a special campaign on your web site with our short video demonstration:

Web Site, Blog and Salesletter Graphics

June 28, 2007

Immediate Attention:  For Web master, bloggers or small business owners…

Most likely your trying to build your business on a shoe-string budget.  And of course this is logical.  Your business is not considered profitable (or healthy) unless your income exceeds your expenses.  That is obvious.  I’m telling you nothing that you don’t already know!

This will help…

I found a resource that is an absolute steal… It is a complete set of graphics that you can use for your websites, your blog or your salesletter.

Webmasters, Bloggers and Salesletter Graphics

I’m not a graphic designer.  My focus is blogging and sharing information.

That is why I like this huge package (and I loved the price.)  You’ll never be profitable if you try to re-invent the wheel on things that are not primary to your business.

Graphics enhance your business and can help you establish greater credibility.  But, honestly it’s a waste of your time doing your own graphics, especially when you can find a resource that you can swipe.

Web Site Design, Blog Design and Moving Furniture

June 14, 2007

I have the personality of always changing things.  This at times can work against me and at other times can help me.

When I was younger I would move the furniture around in my bedroom and in my apartment just to experience the change.  Can you relate?

Funny how things you do when your younger can carryover to when your grown up (although my wife says that I haven’t grown up yet.)

If you have been a reader of this blog for any length of time you know what I getting ready to say…

I like to change around my websites and blogs.

I do it a lot!

Sometimes this isn’t bad… the only problem I face is the time that it takes and the fact that I don’t do a good job of branding my business.

What’s cool is that using a blogging system like Wordpress this change can literally take less than a few minutes.  But of course if you have your sidebar.php hard coded it can take longer.

Over the past year I have been slowly converting all of my sites to Wordpress, it looks better, is easy to publish to and helps with getting traffic.

Recently I was looking for new wordpress themes to use for BlueSkyBrothers.com newest site - MarketingSoftwareTools.com and I found one that I liked for this blog.  So I called my partner Jerry and told him what I wanted to do, and I must say he was rather open to the idea (I think he has figured out my personality.)

So, to make a long story short…I am changing this theme (moving my furniture around.)

Jerry and I hope you like it.  Give me a day or so and then please leave a comment.

Peace!

Greg

Cha-Ching!

March 27, 2007

Worldwide online social network ad spending is predicted to make a 600% increase by the end of 2010, says eMarketer. Dude that means 2 BILLION DOLLARS will be spent. Combine that with a growing video market, predicted to hit 12 BILLION DOLLARS over the same time period, and you have quite an opportunity on your hands.

Is your head spinning yet?

If you have a video camera and some creativity, you can do some serious damage. Don’t panic if you don’t know some of this online website design and development, we can help. We are preparing to rollout a service in the next quarter, so ‘stay tuned’. (Oops, Greg……we just went public).

Keep in mind, partnering is a great way to tackle Web 2.0. It is recommended by the gurus, like Frank & Ed. If you don’t have a trusted partner, consider a joint venture. Listen, there are plenty of programmers out there whose sole purpose in life is programming. If you have an idea for a niche, some ability to validate it, and a willingness to share the success, you’ll be able to find a programmer.

So what are you waiting for? You’re killin’ grass. Get busy. ?

Sobeit!

Build a Professional Website That Pulls Targeted Traffic

March 7, 2007

No Matter What Type of Product or Service You Offer, This System Allows You To Quickly and Easily Get Noticed, Ranked and Pulling In More Leads and Sales Than You Thought Possible.

This system is easy, professional and produces results.  What more could you ask for?

I will admit that it does cost some money to set-up but not nearly as much as you would think and the cost is about the same (maybe even less) than using the traditional methods of doing it yourself.

After all if you are building a business, you have to expect that there is going to be some set-up cost.  It really needs to be viewed as the cost of doing business and is part of your business investment.

I only wish I discovered these simple steps before I spent the money to set-up my business sites.  Since that time I have switched to using these tools.

Important Note:  These tools have not been developed by me.  They are from several different sources (and I am not even sure these other sources know about each other.)  I endorse them because they have produced results for me.  They have made my life easier and more productive.

Since, I have gotten involved in using the web to get my message out, my tool use and process has evolved.  But I am going to start with where I am right now and then work my way back in time.

The benefit for you is that you can see (and maybe relate) to my examples, solutions and successes.  So, let's get started.

Current System and Success Achieved

Success Achieved

The Three Main Components of The System

  1.  Build your site by intergrating both a website and blog as one system.   I use wordpress (which is free) and is included as an install in the better hosting services available.
  2. I use Blue Host as my primary hosting service.  They are the best and very easy to use.  In fact, you need to be careful because not all hosting services are created equal.   You will need to load wordpress in the root directory.  Blue Host allows you to do this easily and quickly.  In fact it takes me about 30 seconds to set-it up.
  3. Then I install a set of wordpress templates called SemioLogic Pro Package.  These are absolutely outstanding, professional and built to automate all the key performance enhancements that you want and need to help you get noticed and monetize your site.

That's basically it.  Of course I do a little customizing to the system but overall using this system will get your site looking professional and ready to get you the traffic you need to generate leads or make you money right away.

Special Offer:  If you think you may want help setting up your website, I am willing to get all of it set-up for you if you order through Blue Host and Semiologic ProPackage through my links on this page.  That's it.

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Order Your Domain Name through GoDaddy.com
  2. Order Your Hosting package through Blue Host
  3. Order SemioLogic Pro
  4. Send me a note by using my contact form

Blogs and spam

February 23, 2007

I don't know about you but I am feed up with spam.

I got three messages this week from my hosting service on one of my accounts for a Niche site called CallCenterCafe.com that all of my email inbox were blown out.

My administrated and I agreed that we would add a wordpress plugin in to our blog on that site to help reduce the spam.  Funny thing is when I went into the administration dashboard to activate the plugin I had 571 comments that needed to be moderated.

You guessed it, all spam.

These people are insane and a nuisance!

So what do I do….I marked them all spam and moderate.  That is unfortunate because I may have true comments in there that will not be posted because I just do not have the time to go through each one.

These people ruin it for the legitimate internet marketers that abide by the rules.

Jerry and I make sure that we follow proper protocol and focus on ethical practices.  But what happens is that these idiots ruin it for all because people get so feed up with this that they lobby for change.

Tighter control

I do have to admit that since we use our favorite hosting service and our very creative method for building sites (Semiologic Pro Package) that we have limited this spam activity.  But it still gets in the way.

Hopefully those that are reading this can understand my frustration.  But I know the ones reading this are the ones that need to!  Those people are busy running their bots spamming everyone!

Sorry that's my Friday night rant!

Thanks for reading

Greg

Blogs: Today’s Internet Diary And Marketing Tool

February 14, 2007

I use to build websites all over place.

In fact I own hundreds of domain names and I pay for hosting all over the place.

But about 5 months ago I discovered the amazing value of blogs.  This site is actually a blog.  They are easy to set-up, add content and the tools are great.  For instance, if you like using wordpress then I would recommend you look at the Semiologic templates.

They are great!  I used one of the templates to set-up my personal blog - GregMeares.com

With that being said, here is a great article that sheds some light….

By Glenn Prialde

The popular blogger.com owned by Google, Inc. has been around the internet for a while.

But still no matter how appealing a Blog may seem now a days there are still a few people that does not actually get to know what really a Blog is.

Well, a Blog is a type of website that allows you as its owner to easily put in your messages and publish it online.

It’s more like a journal or a diary type of site, but what’s interesting is it’s not hidden from others like a normal diary where in only you can write and see it.

A Blog is your personal site and your online diary at the same time. It is a place where you post something and other may post a comment about your post. It’s actually a great site to publish your own opinion and “what you think” thingy.

Now, with all those features how come it’s also a marketing tool? For some it may seem to be a diary or a journal but for some it is more likely to be a place to advertise products and market them.

Why? Because of the ability of Blogs to be crawled easily by search engines and because of the nature of a Blog that makes it look like an e-campus class that consist of a teacher and students. Advertisers, marketers and even programmers can make use of a Blog to post in messages about their products and users could post in their comments too.

A Blog is easily crawled by search engines because it is a content based site and search engines loves sites with great content volumes. I have a Blog my self at http://prialde.blog.com and with in 24 hours I can already search my Blog at Google Search.

A Blog is a great tool indeed. The answer now to the question, “Do I Really Need It?” is up to you to answer. Just remember no site is great without others knowing it.

Here are some of the Blogs I love to spend some time on.

http://prialde.blog.com

And here are some of the sites offering free Blogs.

And try this site http://simpleads.net/ to advertise your Blog.

Website Hosting That Can Increase Your Business Revenue

February 2, 2007

Yesterday in my post, Website Hosting Tips - Ten Factors To Consider When Choosing A Website Host, I briefly mentioned a hosting service called ThirdSphere.  I've received a ton of questions regarding their functionality, so I've decided to share some more information.

RE:  ThirdSphere Hosting For Small Business Success.

If you want to learn more in detail just click on the link above.

I use this hosting package for one of my major sites:  http://www.righttolead.com and my blog that is really getting me a lot of traffic.  You can see it by going to http://www.righttolead.com/Success

The Primary tools I used to complete these sites are:

But I didn't have to use these tools because ThirdSphere has some pretty cool tools already built into their system.  Below you find an overview of some of their tools.  Of course to find the complete list you can go to their site and look at the left-hand column.

Cool Tools Built InTo ThirdSphere:

  1. Web Design Center - No matter what level of business owner you are, you'll find the tools here will help you today and as you progress.
  2. Automation Station - This feature is actually a plethora of tools to help you increase your revenue, keep in front of your prospects and automate the entire process.  This alone is worth the hosting fee!
  3. Snap-in Script Center - This area is great.  No matter what functionality you want to add to your website, you can do it with this area.
  4. Web traffic center - One of the hardest things about starting your business online is getting traffic.  Use this area to drive targeted traffic to your site.

There is so much more that I just can't do it justice. Cool  You really need to head on over to ThirdSPhere to read about all the functionality.

It will be worth your time

Greg
